The beach games were great fun for everyone. It was basically organised chaos. It was very hard to explain game rules to local kids who don't speak English but it all worked out. The local kids had a great time playing with the our crew and our crew had a lot more fun than they expected playing with the local kids. The local kids had so much energy and they worked our crew hard. Everyone was very hot. We were both happy and sad when it was time for the local kids to go (they'd been playing for nearly 1 1/2 hours). The swim afterwards was fantastic and once again well earned. On the way to the beach we carried the 6 (yes, 6!!!) tables we built down to the church and admired our slab again. By the way I should say that the lack of smoothness of the slab was due to the concrete smoothers - Gags and me - hey, we did our best..
